Every Saiku Cloud plan includes the full API for agents and integrations, the AI-assisted schema designer, and an audit log. The tiers differ in hosting shape (shared vs. dedicated server), team features (SSO, multi-region), and support (community vs. named).

Starter — $99/mo
For solo analysts and small teams trialling Saiku Cloud or running a single cube in production.
- Hosted on shared servers — your cubes live alongside other Starter customers’ cubes on the same hardware.
- 5 GB file storage for Parquet, CSV, or JSON uploads.
- Standard rate limits, sized for query volume coming from people (rather than fast-firing agents).
- Email support during business hours.
Team — $499/mo
For teams of 3–25 where multiple people author cubes, share workbooks, and want a paper trail.
Includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Your own dedicated server. Saiku runs on hardware reserved for you alone — no neighbours, no warm-up delays.
- Single sign-on. Bring your own identity provider (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD, Auth0). Your team signs in with the same account they use elsewhere; setup takes a short call with us.
- Audit log access. Full history of who did what, exportable to CSV.
- Member roles. Invite teammates, grant owner, editor, or viewer access per workspace.
- Higher rate limits, sized for agent and automation traffic.
Business — $1,500/mo
For teams running Saiku as the primary analytics surface for the organisation, where availability and retention windows matter.
Includes everything in Team, plus:
- Failover across two regions. Your primary region serves traffic; a hot standby in a second region takes over within minutes if anything goes wrong with the primary.
- Configurable audit retention. Choose how long audit history is kept — 90 days by default, up to 7 years for compliance.
- PII scrubbing. Sensitive fields are stripped from query results before they leave our servers. Useful when agents see data they shouldn’t memorise.
- Named support. 4-hour response in business hours, 12-hour after-hours.
Enterprise — contact us
For organisations with regulatory, security, or volume requirements that don’t fit the self-serve tiers.
Custom-quoted; typical engagements include any combination of:
- Private hosting. Saiku runs in its own dedicated cloud infrastructure, in the region of your choice.
- You hold the encryption keys. We can’t decrypt your data without your cooperation.
- Private network connections to your warehouse — your traffic never touches the public internet.
- Custom contract with data processing agreements, healthcare agreements, and audit support included.
- A named engineer assigned to your account for onboarding and ongoing operations.
